Vanessa's professional background includes seven years as an educator, nearly five years as Vice President of Operations, and more than a decade in executive support. Her diverse career has strengthened her skills in communication, leadership, organization, advocacy, and problem-solving - - qualities that continue to influence the way she leads Tbilicare New York and works with clients, families, and caregivers today.
Vanessa also understands healthcare from the perspective of a patient. Living with psoriatic arthritis has given her firsthand experience navigating the challenges of chronic illness. She shared part of that experience as a contributing author in Effie Koliopoulos' Keeping It Real with Arthritis: Stories from Around the World, where she wrote candidly about chronic illness, resilience, and the importance of having a strong support system.
Today, Vanessa brings these experiences together in leading Tbilicare New York. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Archil Baramidze is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Tbilicare New York, bringing an extensive background in clinical care, patient management, healthcare operations, and home care services to the company.
Throughout his career, Archil has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, dental practices, and home care environments. His hands-on experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of patient care, care coordination, team leadership, and the complexities involved in supporting individuals with diverse and often changing needs.
Archil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physician Assistant Studies from Mkurnali College, a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Medical University, and an associate degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from New York City College of Technology. His multidisciplinary education and professional experience provide him with a unique perspective on healthcare - - combining clinical knowledge, technical precision, and a strong understanding of individualized patient care.
Fluent in English, Georgian, and Russian, Archil is able to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
